Bi-level Multi-objective Joint Planning of Distribution Networks Considering Uncertainties

With the increasing penetration of photovoltaics in distribution networks, adaptability network under uncertainties needs to be considered planning systems. In this paper, interval arithmetic and affine are applied deal with uncertainties, an based bi-level multi-objective joint model is built, which can obtain schemes low constraint-violation risk, high reliability strong adaptability. On basis, a solution methodology using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II proposed, that simulta-neously meet economy goals obtained. To further eliminate bad solutions improve qualities, dominance relation weakening criterion deviation distance modification method proposed. A 24-bus test system 10 kV China used for case studies. Different uncertainty levels compared, sensitivity analysis key parameters conducted explore their impacts on final schemes. The simulation results verify advantages proposed method.
